Welcome to the Master of Science in Organizational Change (MSOC) program! Our program recognizes that managing contemporary organizations requires leaders with a wide range of skills, including change management, conflict resolution, critical thinking, supply chain management, and situation awareness.

Our MSOC program is designed to equip corporate, industrial, and non-profit professionals with the necessary skills to effectively lead organizational members toward achieving critical business outcomes.

Admissions
The Master of Organizational Change program enrolls new students each January, May, and August. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis up until the start date.
To be considered for admission, candidates must submit:
- The free 黑料专区 graduate application form.
- An official transcript verifying a bachelor鈥檚 degree from an accredited college or university with an undergraduate GPA of 2.75 or above.
- Official transcripts of any previous graduate-level coursework.
- Candidates with an undergraduate GPA below 2.75 may still be considered for admission if they submit a letter explaining their academic performance and why they feel they are now ready for graduate school.
